Coating and Drying Technology – GP Stratum AS Precision Engineering Partner
Coating lines and its units-
For this production system and this equipment we have contracts with partners to produce parts and subsystems. Theses partners are professionals in mechanical engineering, sheet metalworking and welding. In our responsibility for quality, our engineers follow our `assurance procedures´ during final assembly and at the customers plant.
In the field Dryers and moisturizers-
They are assembled and final tested at the factory and subjected to rigorous examination before delivery.
Trend-Setting Technology for Film and Paper Coating
Our High-performance coating systems have sensor driven parameters. With our `control concept´ they are fully automated and adjusted as requested. This means that our products have a high degree of flexibility for the best quality during production. Quick and reliable production parameter settings are essential in both applicator unit and drying unit, these settings must be 100% reproducible at all times.
GP Stratum AS Coating Units
GP Stratum offers different types of coating unit. The automated sensor driven parameters in this process reacts on the coating weight and respond to changes in coating compound theory, or precise edge-free coating of different web widths without changing the backing roll.
Long-Lasting Partnership - Customer Care
Rapid identification and speedy delivery of spare parts ensure the operational capacity of our machines in the field. Thanks to modern CAD design, our networking with our suppliers and an efficient logistical storage system, the delivery of spare parts and consumables is not an issue.
With our preventive inspection concept we have a good estimation of life-time-end of consumer parts. Combining a pre-determined downtime with a correct scheduled service assignment, permits our service personal to carry out the necessary maintenance, and enable an cycle of inspection just in time before starting the new production.
Our up-graded “refurbishment program” for installed GP lines permits a speedy and inexpensive integration of an out dated coating unit or dryer, into an "up to date" coating system.
