EMERGO, 27./28.03.2007 Balloni Hallen, Cologne

GP Stratum AS formerly known in the printing industry as GP-Tinter (Norway) made their first public presentation on the 27/28.03.2007 in the Balloni Hallen in Cologne Germany.

Following a complete facelift and reorganisation, GP Stratum AS was celebrated by both professional print world and the specialised press. Coating on demand now made available for the digital printing market was received with great interest.

Particular attention was given to TRANSEO, the new digital-print on-line solution. It was unanimously agreed that the effectiveness with which TRANSEO automatically regulates the process parameters, controlling temperature and moisture to the predetermined factor without static loading, will allow existing and new product development in the digital print sector.

TRANSEO applies Tune Up to the substrate and PIRA International (Great Britain) report from 03 October 2006 clearly states: "Tests indicate that Transeo has the potential to make a significant difference to the convertibility of Laser Printed stock in terms of rub resistance and feeding efficiency".

This innovative Surface Finishing Solution will enhance every digital print line and equally deliver long lasting quality of the highest standard.

Visitors, including agents from our world-wide distribution network agreed that our Pilot-investment should be given to the market as soon as possible. (The first pilot projects as the new Surface Finishing Solution are planned for the last quarter of 2007).

Interesting lectures and presentations gave an overall in-depth impression of our company.

The already well-known 2SG GP Drive was discussed and presented as combinations model, coating pre-printed reels resulting in new business project potential.

We were asked again and again about new document requirements including rising productivity, security and higher quality. Using our Surface Finishing solution (SFS), conventional and digital-print finishing can be implemented immediately, resulting in process-stable tests.
