Automatic Colour Change System (ACC-2)

This system gives a clean, effi cient change of colours, and is operated solely from a remote control panel which can be mounted at the control console of the press.

Operation from the control panel allows emulsion or ink selection using the on/off switch. After choosing an emulsion or ink the pump is switched on, the system will lock; and will only unlock when the change cycle is concluded.

The change modus is fi tted with a pre-set time sequence whicj allows the manifold, pump and reservoir to be fl ushed, cleaned and drained. The system will only permit the next emulsion or ink to be selected, after the cleansing process is fully completed.

ACC-2 standard specification:

• 1 Air driven pump unit connected to a manifold systemfor selection and operation of colour.
• 6 Colour tanks.
• 1 Flush tank.
• 1 Remote control panel for the operation of colour selection and ON/OFF control of the pump and tint functions which can be mounted at the control console of the press.
• Tilted manifold unit with angled colour and flush connections, with an extra tilt action to the manifold during the fl ush cycle to maximise cleaning and draining.
• Standard voltage 220-240 V AC (50-60 Hz).
