Further characteristics of products of the GP Stratum A.S., used on this web site, are trademarks of GP Stratum A.S. The use of all trademarks and characteristics is not permitted without previous written agreement from GP Stratum A.S.. Other characteristics specified here are trademarks of its respective owners (list of trademarks third party).

Trademark information
The list of the German trademarks specifies the trademarks of GP Stratum A.S. registered in Germany. This list is regularly updated.

The list of the U.S. trademarks specifies the trademarks and trademark registration of GP Stratum A.S. justified after U.S. law in the USA. This list is regularly updated.

These lists are not final. The non-appearance of a logo does not justify renouncement of the GP Stratum A.S. trademark and/or other patent rights.

Use of the ® symbol

1) publications for Germany and/or Europe
With entry of a registered trademark from GP Stratum A.S. in publications, which are intended for Germany and/or Europe, receive the trademark with the first appearance in the current text ® the symbol (see list of the German marks).

2) publications for the USA (United States of America)
With entry of a trademark from GP Stratum A.S. in publications, which are intended for the USA, the trademark receives with the first appearance in the current text ® or to © the symbol. Please you pay attention to the distinction between registered marks (®) and marks (©) in the USA (see list of the U.S. marks).

3) publications for countries outside Europe and the USA
For the correct usage of trademarks in publications for countries outside Europe and the USA; please enquire at the department of Intellectual Property, GP Stratum A.S.

4) Use of the GP Stratum Logos and of markings in picture form
The use of the GP Stratum Logos and of markings in picture form requires the previous written agreement from GP Stratum A.S. Each unauthorized use is definitely forbidden.

Trademark references
With the designation of the trademark from GP Stratum A.S. in publications, a reference to the trademark owner GP Stratums is to be specified. This reference should read as follows:

German
"xyz trademarks of the GP Stratum A.S. are in Norway and other countries."

English
"xyz are either registered trademarks or trademarks of GP Stratum A.S. in the U.S. and other countries." Therefore; registered trademarks in the respective publications should be replaced by GP Stratum A.S. and the GP Stratum logo. The remaining trademarks should continue in alphabetical order. When production does not allow or hinder the use of the trademark, and is not contractually prescribed, then a general valid reference can be used, e.g.

English
All other trademarks of are the property of their respective owners."

The trademark reference can take place in smaller, but readable character size.
