Details

TRANSEO has a footprint of about 1,2m x 1,2m. Dimensioned for all velocities it is, with no manual programming and no justifications, immediately applicable.

As an all-purpose- and possible stand alone unit, it is designed for the whole print- and Finishing market.

TRANSEO stands in the online configuration right after the digital print-system, in the off-line configuration after the dispenser.


Components of the techno-centre:

TRANSEO consists of a control- and a coating unit.

The control unit sensorial registers for the coating needed process parameters, such as: paper velocity/ temperature, humidity in paper and the unit’s microclimate.
Subsequently, are the required settings in the end product fully automatically regulated.
A puffer system is provided not only for a defined paper run and a precise registration of measure data, but also for the regulation and precise registration of the process parameter. It is especially relevant for the online connection with integrated cooling.
The latter brings the printing material’s temperature on a, for the finishing ideal, range of tolerance.

In the coating unit, the actual coating is executed with up to four systems for a double - sided coating. The unit is operable in different levels: in one level with a variation of fluids, - or in two with only one fluid.

The allocation and operation are dependable on the used fluids/emulsions as well as on the customer wishes.
